ONEKAMA ? The Great Lakes Renewable Energy Association is now seeking exhibitors for its Third Annual Michigan Energy Fair, scheduled for next June at the Manistee County Fairgrounds.

Last June, the Fair features keynote speakers, renewable energy home tours, over 100 exhibitors, and more than 70 workshops. More than 4000 people flocked to the quaint Northwest Michigan town of Onekama, 60 percent more than in 2006. The event educated attendees on topics such as energy efficiency, renewable energy technologies like solar and wind power, and ways to live sustainably on our earth.

Exhibiting at the Fair connects businesses and organizations with thousands of attendees who are interested in sustainable energy products and renewable energy options.

?We educated a lot of smart people (within our target market) about advancements in Green Building ? the Fair was a great success and well worth my sponsorship dollars!? Businesses and organizations will also benefit from the opportunity to interact with business professionals, educators, distributors, and others in the energy field,? said Adam Bearup of Hybrid Homes.

There are a wide variety of ways to get involved in the Fair from sponsoring to exhibiting to advertising in the Fair Program Guide. A business or organization showcased at the Michigan Energy Fair gains access to thousands of fairgoers and emphasizes their dedication to renewable energy and sustainable energy practices.

Several returning sponsors and exhibitors have already signed on for the 2008 Fair, including State of Michigan Energy Office, Bauer Power, Contractors Building Supply, Hybrid Homes LLC, Standale Lumber, Windemuller and MITechNews.Com.
