ANN ARBOR ? Applications are open for the Ann Arbor SPARK Entrepreneur Boot Camp, a two-day intensive training session that starts Sept. 29.
Entrepreneur Boot Camp is an instructive way to gain critical feedback and advice about your business model, management team, competitive positioning, market strategy and other key elements that determine if a start-up will succeed or fail. Based on advice received during camp, former Boot Campers have gone on to win business plan competitions, secured funding, improved their business model, and got connected to advisors and other key talent.
Additional Post-Camp After Care Enhancements:
Ann Arbor SPARK Entrepreneur Boot Camp includes an “after care” program that helps further the chances of entrepreneurial success for participating start-ups. At the conclusion of Boot Camp, eligible graduating companies are eligible to receive up to $5,000 in business consulting through Ann Arbor SPARK as well as other critical start-up support:
Access to SPARK Expert Resource Board – a monthly business assistance roundtable
Free participation in many of SPARK’s entrepreneur education events
Mentoring and business-critical introductions
Drop-in space usage at SPARK East including conference rooms, copier and WiFi
The next scheduled Entrepreneur Boot Camp will be held on September 29 and 30, 2011 at Kensington Court in Ann Arbor.
These camps are very successful at helping entrepreneurs refine, define, and launch their businesses.
