SOUTHFIELD – ardentCause has been selected to provide data management services
to the Greater Detroit Area Health Council in its development of the Macomb
County Partners in Prevention and Care Chronic Disease Coordinating Network project.
The CDCN is a four year community-wide partnership focused
on improving health outcomes for a defined Macomb County population, by implementing prevention strategies to
address obesity, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. The project is
funded
by a $440,000 Centers for Disease Control grant and administered through the
Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. ardentCause will be
assisting collaboration partners in defining measurable outcomes and
indicators.

partnership gets off on the right foot.”

necessary data collection and analysis critical to tracking the outcomes.”
