TROY – Automation Alley on Monday announced that it has launched its new job board, which includes the ability for job seekers to submit an online application and resume directly to the employer.
“Our previous job board was outdated and it was time to implement an improved system,” said Jennifer Bowden, business services liaison at Automation Alley.
“The new job board streamlines the posting and recruiting process. It is easy to use, it allows employers to track the status of their applicants, and even integrates with existing applicant tracking software, which can be a huge time-saver for employers.? she said. ??It also has an automated job alert feature for job seekers. We are pleased to offer this job board to both members and non-members, which makes this a great resource for job seekers in technology-related fields.”
Features of the new Automation Alley Job Board include:>
Postings that can be reused and edited for multiple postings
Ability for applicants to submit an online application and resume directly to the employer
Option to post to other job boards including Craigslist.com, Oodle.com, Jobster.com and more
Email notification to job seekers whenever a new position is posted
Ability to direct job seekers to your company’s existing applicant tracking system
“Patriot Services is quite pleased with Automation Alley’s new and improved job board. We’ve found that the process to add new jobs is quite simple and the candidates that we’ve considered have been potential employees,” said Melanie de Vries of Patriot Services. “In the past, we’ve used national job boards that have significant costs. We’ve already had much better success with Automation Alley’s new system and there was no cost at all.”
All Automation Alley members can post jobs at no cost on Automation Alley’s Web site at www.automationalley.com. Non-members are also welcome to post jobs for a nominal fee.
