TROY – On October 7, the Automation Alley Technology Business Committee will host its first-ever Marketing Plan Bootcamp ? to provide attendees with practical information and hands-on learning to build a 2009 marketing plan.
Topics include:
Strategy, led by Paula Rhodes of the Cleantech Network
Branding, led by Charlie Wollborg of Curve Detroit
SWOT, led by Terri Walworth, president of the Detroit Chapter of the American Marketing Association
Competitive analysis, led by Richard King of the Michigan Small Business Technology and Development Center
Tactics, led by Charlie Wollborg of Curve Detroit
Budget and timing, led by Tip Quilter of Tip Quilter & Associates
All attendees should come prepared with company information, such as target customers, products and services and competitor information.
The bootcamp runs from 8 a.m. ? 4 p.m. and will be held at Automation Alley?s Headquarters. The cost to attend is $60 for members and $120 for non-members and includes breakfast and lunch.
