GRAND RAPIDS ? Dec. 5 is your last day to register for the Dec. 10 seminar by Ron Alvesteffer from Service Express who will discuss using the Balanced Scorecard method to achieve 20 percent annual revenue growth and 98 percent customer retention.
Alvesteffer will tell you about his journey, show his dashboard, and share his company’s experiences.
