TROY – Billhighway on Thursday announced the promotion

of two team members, Charlotte Muylaert and Sarah Garrity. Muylaert has been

named Marketing Team Leader and Garrity takes on the role of Marketing

Specialist.

Muylaert joined Billhighway fresh out of Michigan State University in 2012. She

hired in as a Marketing Lead, developing the Billhighway digital strategy,

website and new initiatives in support of existing clients. Awards and

accolades have come to Charlotte for her work on the Prepaid Card campaign and

website. As Marketing Leader, she will be heading up strategic marketing plans

and initiatives, including new product launch and marketing automation.

“Charlotte has played a key part in our growth and success building the

brand, and we are thrilled to promote her to this leadership position,”

said Michelle Lange, Chief Marketing Officer. “Additionally, Sarah brings

a rare understanding of our customers that is critical to building genuine

marketing relationships. We are fortunate to have her join the team.”

Garrity started at Billhighway two years ago as a Client Care Associate. In

this role she provided various forms of support to Billhighway clients and

collaborated with other departments to resolve client support issues. Starting

in January of this year, Sarah spent one day a week working with the Marketing

team where she found her niche. In June, she was promoted to her current role

as Marketing Specialist. Sarah now focuses on being the voice of the product.

She takes the lead on event planning for the tradeshows and conferences that

Billhighway attends. She is also in charge of developing and implementing

content management plans for our email campaigns.
