GRAND RAPIDS – The Center for Leadership is featuring the Leading High Performance Teams Program on Feb. 25 where participants learn the core competencies that come together to produce effective teams and how to foster them in your organization.
At this program attendees will learn how to identify opportunities and challenges of team building in your their organizations and learn to build alignment, improve communication, resolve conflict, promote innovation, establish trust, and foster team orientation.
Cohorts convene three times, one full day and two half day sessions. Cohorts are held February 25, 2015 (8:00am-5:00pm), March 25, 2015 (8:00am-12:00pm), and April 29, 2015 (8:00am-12:00pm)
