GRAND RAPIDS ? In late September, computer hackers and the IT security professionals who cross digital swords in Grand Rapids at a two-day conference to share the latest measures and counter measures on computer network security.

GrrCON (pronounced ?Grrrr Con?) will run on September 27th and 28th, at the DeVos Place. Significant portions are dedicated to both technical and leadership disciplines in a venue where they can share ideas, information, solutions, forge relationships, and most importantly engage with like minded people in a fun atmosphere.

GrrCON, now in its second year, attracted information security professionals and hackers with international notoriety, such as Kevin Mitnik, atlas 0f D00m, Kevin Johnson, Mike Kemp, Rafal Los. It also will feature exhibits by some of the nation?s leading IT Security organizations.

GrrCON will be offering 3 tracks (50 talks), lock pick village, Free Beer, Free Food, contests, after party, LOW cost workshops, Ghost hunting, pre-con training and more.
