GRAND RAPIDS – Family Promise of Grand Rapids was able to secure the most votes in Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good competition earlier this year. The local non-profit organization was successful in rallying community members and volunteers to garner the support needed via social media channels to beat out the over 4,000 applicants nationwide.
As a part of the 100 Cars for Good campaign, in which Toyota is giving away 100 vehicles over 100 days, Toyota District Manager Anne Bussom in conjunction with Toyota of Grand Rapids is pleased to be awarding a new Toyota Tundra to Family Promise of Grand Rapids on Thursday, October 25th for their success in the competition. ?We are thrilled to be able to make a difference in the communities in which we do business. It is a pleasure to be able to give back to the community that has supported us over the years.?
The Grand Rapids community is welcomed to support Family Promise of Grand Rapids in their fight against homelessness by attending the award ceremony at Toyota of Grand Rapids.
