KALAMAZOO – Forensic Fluids Laboratories, a drug testing laboratory using oral fluid exclusively, continues to see strong business and employee growth. This year FFL has expanded its staff by 20 people, including new additions to its information technology and sales teams.
Paul Riker recently joined FFL as Director of Information Technology. Riker is responsible for administration of voice and data systems as well as service and support for FFL staff. He also serves on the company?s strategic planning and leadership teams.
A native of Springfield, Ill., Riker graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor?s degree in finance and business information systems. He has more than 15 years of experience in government, medical device, education, consulting, construction, and web markets.
Also, Jennifer Courtney has been named Therapeutic Drugs Sales Support. Courtney comes to FFL as part of a team supporting both sales and customers in the medication monitoring market. A native of Plainwell, Courtney studied political science at Western Michigan University. Her career includes laboratory and sales positions in the life sciences industry.
