ANN ARBOR – ForeSee Results is partnering with eHarmony.com to help the dating site better measure customer satisfaction.

ForeSee Results, which uses the American Customer Satisfaction Index developed at the University of Michigan, will help eHarmony study how improvements to specific aspects of the online experience, such as usability and site performance, will positively affect satisfaction and customer retention. For example, the methodology shows the likelihood of members to refer the site to others based on satisfaction.

?Satisfied members referring their friends to eHarmony is one of the key reasons why more than 15 million people have registered on our site,? said Greg Steiner, President and COO of eHarmony. ?We?re happy to have more credible data that will project our members? likelihood to recommend our service while providing ways in which we can increase this key metric.?

ForeSee Results CEO Larry Freed said eHarmony is applying scientific methodology to help singles connect online.
