GRAND RAPIDS – Join aimWest January 25 for a discussion with Fred and Christina Keller, the dynamic father-daughter team leading the success of Cascade Engineering.

Fred Keller founded Cascade Engineering in 1973 and raised three daughters along the way. Christina, the youngest of the daughters and a new mother, leads a business unit within the company.

From big ventures to small, businesses leaders once wore diapers just like everyone else. Becoming a community leader starts at birth and develops over time with influences from family and community.

The Keller family has instilled a focus on values, leadership and community. Come learn and discuss how they have shaped their unique outlook on business and how family culture supports their entrepreneurial drive.
