EAST LANSING – Kinetic Wave Power, which has developed technology to generate electricity out of crashing waves in the ocean, was named the grand prize winner in the 2009 Great Lakes Entrepreneur�??s Quest business plan writing contest. Kinetic Wave Power won $25,000.
