BIRMINGHAM ? Kirk Gutmann, Group Vice President of General Motor?s IS&S (formerly Information Services and Systems) will be the keynote speaker May 1 at the Michigan Chapter of Women in Technology 2008 Partnership & Scholarship Recognition Gala.
The event honors the MCWT Foundation?s 2008 scholarship, research grant, and laptop recipients at MCWT?s second biggest event of the year.
The annual event also warmly recognizes the incredible generosity of dedicated 2007-2008 corporate sponsors who make the scholarship program possible, and support MCWT events, seminars, skill-shops and philanthropic MCWT Foundation programs throughout the year.
The evening event will feature strolling hors d?oeuvres and relaxed networking in a beautiful setting at the Birmingham Country Club?s Main Ballroom. Attendance is limited and registration has been brisk.
