ANN ARBOR – Mobile Monday Ann Arbor will hold a panel
discussion about the 2 main conferences in the mobile world (just after they
happen), Google I/O and Apple’s WWDC.
Starting at 6:30pm, we’ll have free food sponsored by
Verizon – Wireless Zone. See their special offer for MoMo members in the
sponsor section of this page. Please RSVP to help us estimate how much
food we need. While you are enjoying the food, talk with other developers and
network in the local mobile community.
Our main meeting will start at 7pm. We’ll spend 15
minutes talking about the featured app and then move on to the panel discussion
about the two conferences, wrapping things up around 8:30pm.
Panelists:
Boyang Zhu, a recent grad from the University of Michigan�s
computer science engineering program, is attending both Google I/O and Apple’s
WWDC! He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and recently picked up home brewing.
Chris Dzomback – Chris is attending WWDC this year. He
is an iOS developer atThe New York
Times, living in Ann Arbor; a cyclist, soloingstudent pilot, music lover,weather geek,photographer,ham radio operator, and lapsed theatre kid. He

Scott Weber – Scott is attending Google I/O. He is a
Senior Software Engineer at Mobiata, a
travel-focused mobile app company that was acquired by Expedia a few years
back. He and the Mobiata team have raised the bar in the travel space for
how to develop and design mobile apps on both platforms. Scott focuses on
Android and is one of the co-organizers for Google Developer Group Ann Arbor Android
(GDG-A3).
