BLOOMFIELD HILLS �?? Great Lakes Angels have invested an additional $125,000 in portfolio company Saleztrac, part of a $500,000 round. GLA is working with other angel groups in the region to syndicate the deal for further financing.
Saleztrac is an automotive dealer Customer Relationship Management software package. Saleztrack and R.L. Polk, an automotive intelligence market leader recently announced an agreement to integrate Lead Scoring into PolSaleztrack�??s new internet Lead Management tool Digitrack.
The agreement enables Saleztrack to use the automotive intelligence and sophisticated analytics of Polk Lead Scoring to help dealers identify which leads have the highest purchase probability. Follow up processes including automatic calls; text messaging and e-mails with video test drives are performed by Digitrack to convert prospects into real customers. This joint effort was recently showcased at the 2008 Digital Dealer Conference in Orlando.
