AI Medical Devices, Inc. is a Michigan-based startup medical device company that has developed the Airway RIFL (Rigid Intubating Fiberoptic Laryngoscope). The RIFL improves the medical outcomes of the intubation procedure when compared to current state-of-the-art intubation equipment. The device is designed for use by emergency physicians, anesthesiologists, and emergency medical personnel to provide rapid airway access to patients in both routine intubations and difficult intubations. The key advantage of Airway RIFL over existing scopes is that the RIFL tip articulates with an endotracheal tube on the tip.
