AUBURN HILLS – At this next Great Lakes Angels meeting on Jan. 29, the angel investing group will review two new deals for investment opportunities, one a fuel injection technology and a Christian-focused advertising network.

Presenting companies include:

AADI

AADI has developed breakthrough fuel injection technology for diesel and gasoline direct injection engines, which solves the problem of inefficient & dirty combustion. AADI is in the business of designing, fabricating, optimizing and licensing superior fuel injection and combustion technologies that have immediate global transportation, industrial and military applications. Its DISSAN technology is currently being marketed, tested & optimized for those OEM?s, Tier 1 suppliers and Military contractors worldwide seeking an incremental improvement in their products in response to customer & regulatory demands.

Christian Target:

Christian Target fills the open online Network Niche for Christians, while positively impacting important Christian ministries via advertising. Christian Target is a vertical ad network that targets the Christian market online. For advertisers, both brand marketing and direct response by leveraging expertise, reach, extensive targeting and optimization to accomplish marketing objectives. For publishers, we offer industry leading tools that allow them to deliver ads relevant to their content and audience, in order to maximize monetization (revenue) through their online media inventory.

Members who have interest in pursuing investment opportunities with presenting companies will explore these individually with the company after a general dinner presentation. GLA Members will make their own decisions free of any reliance on the GLA, its sponsors or its members. To qualify as a GLA Member, you must be an accredited investor as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission rules.

There will be a handout with information on other company requests for financing that were sent in advance of the event. All this information on companies requesting financing will also be available at the website via the ?Members Login? area. You must be a Member, paid-in-full, to login and use this area.

This is a private – invitation only event. This is not open to the public. Angels / investors are ?safe? to come to this and not be solicited, but to network and gain ?deal? exposure from the programs.
