SAGINAW – If you’d like to learn how angel investors valuate promising ventures to maximize return on private investment, the BlueWater Angels are hosting a training session on Feb. 19 at Saginaw Valley State University to answer this perplexing question.
Bob Okabe with RPX Group and Angel Capital Education Foundation returns to mid-Michigan to talk about valuations, methods for calculations, and how valuations and investment terms have shifted significantly in the last twelve months. Angel investors from around the state will be in attendance and invite entrepreneurs and professionals involved with new ventures to join them for this valuable training.
The training session is scheduled for Feb 19th from 1 to 5:15 pm, with a cocktail/networking reception following training. Total seating is limited to 50.
