BIRMINGHAM – CFO
Services International President Pietro Sarcina has been named president of
Great Lakes Angels. David Weaver will remain as Chairman and Founder.
CFO Services provides advisory services, including strategic, commercial and business
planning, formation of companies and business structures, origination and
structuring of financial transactions, M&A due diligence, internal
controls, and CFO representation for growing, turn-around, start-up, and
international companies.
Sarcina has many years of diversified global experience as an
international banker, a CFO for a fast growth start-up company and an
entrepreneur of his own. He has been active in GLA the last few years, in many
ways, and will be a welcome addition to the growth of GLA in the Region, said
Weaver.
