GRAND RAPIDS – ISO/IEC 20000 standards will be the topic March 24 of the topic of the Fourth Friday breakfast seminar series, produced by Right Place Inc’s West Michigan Technology Council and hosted by CPR in Grand Rapids.
Rod Sager, President of ITSM Consulting LLC, will provide a brief overview about Information Technology Infrastructure Library, IT Service Management and also offer a look at components that make up the ISO/IEC 2000 standards.
Sager is an ITIL Master Certified – Business Systems Analyst, and is in the process of building his business as a West Michigan business consultant. The primary areas of delivery in his practice are Service Management, Relationship Management and Project Management. These disciplines represent a logical progression from designing the project, developing an awareness campaign and then delivering the solution as part of the journey to a sustainable continuous improvement program.
