BIRMINGHAM – ITInTheD.Com will talk about the ConNext
program May 14 – where a panel of experts will discuss the future of the
connected vehicle industry, its impact on the economy, and developing a skilled
workforce to meet these demands.
The program is at the Townsend Hotel from 6 to 8 pm.
Admission is just $10.
A keynote presentation will be given by speaker and
magician Michael Mode and the evening will be moderated by Emily
Collins-Hamelfrom the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
Other speakers include Scott McCormick, President of the
Connected Vehicle Trade Association, Matt Smith from the Michigan Department of
Transportation and Glenn Stevens, Vice President of MICHauto.
Also to be announced is a new credential program with the
Society of Automotive Engineers for professionals to be certified as experts in
the connect vehicle technologies.
