ANN ARBOR ? The Ann Arbor Association for Women in Computing is hosting a workshop on Feb. 16 that will help teach busy IT professionals how to balance work with life.
Life Coach Kellie Richards will give a workshop Discover the Secret to Life Balance and Harmonious Living from 10 am – noon, at the Ann Arbor Public Library, 343 S. Fifth Avenue. The cost is $35 for AWC members, and $45 for non-AWC members. Free samples will be supplied.

Through interactive discussion and reflective exercises, Richards will help attendees explore the concepts of balance and harmony, to bring unique meaning to life, and steps on how to experience more harmony every day. There will be an interactive discussion and hands-on exercises.

Kellie Mox Richards, Life Coach and Owner of InEssence Coaching, is a member of the International Coach Federation and a board member of the Professional Coaching Association of Michigan. She has a Bachelor?s Degree in Psychology from Hope College in Holland, an Honors Degree in Health Psychology from Charles Sturt University in Australia, and a Master?s in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Richards has been in the helping professions for nearly a decade and she works with individuals, groups, and organizations with one-on-one coaching, workshops, and motivational speaking.
