ANN ARBOR – Merit Network announced Friday the release of a Request for Proposals for a Wireless Local Area Network solution vendor. The RFP seeks to identify the most appropriate WLAN vendor for a Wireless as a Service solution that Merit will offer its membership.

The selected vendor will work with Merit to offer a centrally managed, turnkey wireless solution for Merit Member organizations. Proposals in response to the WaaS Solution Provider RFP will be accepted no later than 5:00 PM Eastern on November 23.
