ANN ARBOR – Join MichBio for the inaugural Policy Call-In featuring Congressman Erik Paulsen of Minnesota who’s been leading the US House effort to repeal the medical device tax. This event is exclusively for MichBio members.
The Call-In will cover other medical device-relevant issues too. It comes in advance of MichBio’s participation in the annual AdvaMed Capitol Hill Fly-In on March 4-5. Concerns and views expressed during the Call-In will be incorporated into our meetings with members of the Michigan Congressional delegation.

Policy Call-In meetings allow voluntary participation in a live conference call with Stephen Rapundalo, President and CEO, on timely policy topics. This format permits individuals the ability to ask questions or simply listen in.
The sessions will be held on a regular basis, sometimes to coincide with major legislative events such as fly-ins or when circumstances necessitate that MichBio procure input from its members. On occasion the Call-In will feature guest legislators or policymakers speaking directly to the issues and participants can openly interact with them.
