ANN ARBOR – MichBio is preparing to lobby Congress and the Michigan Delegation in 2015 for repeal of the medical device excise tax. It is critical that all Michigan medical device companies join MichBio and its partners at the Medical Device Manufacturers Association as signatories on a letter to Congressional leadership requesting support for repeal of the device tax.
