ANN ARBOR – The Michigan Israel Business Bridge will be hosting a networking event on April 28 to provide an update on the Taubman Institute-Israel Initiative, a part of the A. Alfred Taubman Research Institute.
The event is co-sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor, and Hadassah ? Detroit. The 6 pm program will be held at the Michigan League on the campus of the University of Michigan.
Participants will have the exciting opportunity to hear from guest speaker Eva L. Feldman, M.D., Ph.D. on the topic of the Israeli Stem Cell Connection. Dr. Feldman is a Russell N. DeJong Professor of Neurology, as well as the director of the A. Alfred Taubman Medical Research Institute. The discussion will focus on the encouragement of collaboration between the medical scientists at the University of Michigan and in Israeli research centers.
