ROCHESTER ? Business consultant Dan Walker, author of “The Customer’s Way,” will share his proprietary process Nov. 30 at 4 pm at the Mind, Body & Spirits ? Inspired Dining.

The MI Green Team Meeting will again be held upstairs in the Lazy Daze Lounge. The meeting starts with informal networking, followed at 4:15 by major event and program announcements, news and updates from MGT managers.
At 4:30, a fast-paced and timely presentation will be offered by Daniel Walker, business consultant and author. Dan will share his proprietary process, illustrated in his book ?The Customer?s Way? – a method for engaging customers and prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover unmet needs and desires, and for rapidly designing product development and marketing strategies to meet them. As Dan puts it, ?No one ever went broke supplying what the customer wants to pay for.? A short q&a session will follow.
After the presentation, plenty of time will available for member introductions, networking, and product displays, and to enjoy organic soft drinks & snack buffet (tickets available for $10 each), or the cash bar and Lazy Daze Lounge menu.
Prior registration is strongly encouraged, as space is limited. Admission is free for full MGT members, $10 for Roster (free listing) members, and $25 for non-registrant admission at the door.
