ANN ARBOR ? What’s it take to recruit a top performer to your start up? The New Enterprise Forum will explore strategies for recruiting these high fliers at its Nov. 15 program at the Holiday Inn North Campus.
Attendees will hear how companies can attract, reward, inspire, and keep on board the top performers who make a critical difference. The panelists include:

Dennis Sarafa ? Vice President of Client Services, Variant Partners: Dennis? work at his custom recruiting services firm has focused on solutions for technology firms. Variant?s methodology delivers Impact Players who arrive first, fit better, and stay longer.
Lorraine Thompson ? Co-Founder, Pair of Docs Consulting: Lorraine has worked with individuals, startups, and multinationals to design and implement professional development strategies and systems. Her groundbreaking research in adult learning identified key factors that highly motivated professionals from a range of industries and countries seek in their workplace.
The moderator will be Amy Cell, Director of Talent Enhancement at Ann Arbor SPARK. Amy assists Ann Arbor area companies with talent-related needs, connecting people with opportunities.
Special Presentation: This month, NEF welcomes dynamic motivational speaker Eleni Kelakos, who will coach us all on how to give a great presentation. Eleni is the founder of SPEEK, which provides one-on-one communications coaching for business leaders.
Open Forum: The evening?s presentations are followed by Open Forum, during which attendees have the opportunity to make a 30-second pitch for their company, product/service, or need.
