Jeff Basch, Vice President, Business Development – Adaptive Materials: Jeff leads Adaptive Materials’ delivery of commercially successful fuel cell power systems. His responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and implementing partnerships with companies seeking fuel flexible portable power source solutions. Prior to joining Adaptive Materials, Jeff spent 17 years with General Electric in various management, sales and marketing leadership roles.
Michael Cole, Founder and Vice President, Technology Industry Group – Bank of Ann Arbor; Founder and Managing Director – Ann Arbor Angels: Michael’s Technology Industry Group provides banking and financial advisory services to technology and life sciences based businesses ranging from start-up to $50 million corporations as well as venture capital firms, angel investors, and entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Bank of Ann Arbor, he was a Founder and Senior Manager of the Technology Industry Group at the Royal Bank of Canada.
Raj Kothari, Co-Founder and Managing Director – Seneca Partners: With nearly fifteen years of investment and transaction experience, Raj has spent his career analyzing, structuring, monitoring and exiting a variety of transactions in the public and private markets. His broad experience as an investor, a financial advisor, and an entrepreneur provides a unique perspective on private equity investments and transactions. Prior to Seneca Partners, Raj was a Director at GMA Capital, a boutique investment-banking firm serving the needs of middle-market businesses.
