YPSILANTI – The Michigan Venture Capital Association released its second annual update last week at the Michigan Growth Capital Symposium, a big investor conference hosted by the University of Michigan. MVCA President Mina Sooch said, while the private equity finance sector in Michigan still has a long ways to go before it can compete with the likes of California, the industry in Michigan is improving.
