ANN ARBOR – The Association for Women in Computing-Ann Arbor on Sept. 14 will take a look at pair programming, an agile software development technique in which two programmers work together at one work station.

The presenters are Kealy Opelt & Ted Layher of Menlo Innovations.

Many agile programmers see pair programming as too hard but don?t have the advantage of pairing all the time. Without applying pairing consistently team members will not gain trust quickly. Without trust pairing is difficult. This presentation will examine how practice makes perfect when it comes to being a good pair partner.
