DETROIT – The U.S. Small Business Administration, Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center, Procurement Technical Assistance Center, Huntington Bank and other cosponsors are teaming up to provide a procurement matchmaking event for small business owners who are seeking to expand their business with government agencies.
This half-day event will be held at Schoolcraft College, VisTaTech Center, 18600 Haggerty Road, Livonia on September 1st from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Marianne Markowitz, SBA Midwest Regional Administrator, will present the opening remarks.
?There?s never been a better time for business owners to pursue government contracts,? said SBA Michigan District Director Richard Temkin. ?This is a great opportunity to learn firsthand from government buyers what they need to purchase and how to conduct business with them.?
