The new site also describes other Recycle Ann Arbor-operated services including: the state?s largest community Drop-Off Station; the ReUse Center, offering a huge selection of donated household and building materials at affordable prices; and Calvert?s Roll-Off Containers, Michigan?s only non-profit construction recycling organization.
The site?s home page quickly points visitors to the information most relevant to them, depending on whether they are residents, businesses, or construction site managers, and whether they are from Ann Arbor or other communities in Washtenaw County.
Also from the home page, visitors can directly link to the ?A to Z Guide to Reuse, Recycling, and Disposal,? where they learn how to recycle paper, plastic, metals, yard waste, electronics, furniture, appliances, and more.
Get Up to Date, Learn How to Volunteer, and Donate Online
The new Recycle Ann Arbor website tells the latest news from the organization, and features an interactive calendar of recycling-related events in the area.
The site also invites visitors to financially support Recycle Ann Arbor. Donations can be made via secure online credit-card payment.
Elsewhere on the site, visitors learn how they can volunteer to help with Recycle Ann Arbor programs, events, and initiatives. Volunteer application and waiver forms are available for downloading and printing as PDF files.
