LANSING – MI-SBTDC Region 8 will be hosting an Evening with the Experts on February 18 from 6 pm to 9 pm. Experts in the areas of business law, taxes, and marketing will provide attendees with information on legal structures of business, financial management, tax information and marketing concepts.
Additionally, the region has added concurrent sessions for existing business owners. The first is an issue assessment process or, Small Business Check-up. The second is a Bankers Financing Panel Discussion. A small business expo will follow, permitting attendees to discuss their specific issues with experts and other resource organizations within the community. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with other small business owners, and service providers.
Two breakout sessions will be offered for New Business Owners and Existing Business Owners. These sessions will provide attendees with an opportunity to gather in-depth knowledge. The evening will conclude with a networking opportunity with experts and exhibitors.
