ANN ARBOR – The 2009-2010 Savvy Entrepreneur Series is produced and hosted by a number of the state’s leading innovation accelerators and research institutions. The series provides early to mid-stage technology entrepreneurs with guidance on key topics that all start ups must navigate and master to reach success.
The event series is five sessions in total and runs monthly from September through April and covers: 1) Sales and the Aanatomy of the First Sale, 2) Intellectual Property, 3) Building a Great Team, 4) Attracting Angel Investors, and 5) Cash Flow.
Each month, organizations around the state will host and facilitate one educational event following the topic guidelines, but tailored to the interested of their community. Every session will be led by a panel of experts including a successful entrepreneur. Small group formats enable entrepreneurs to get the most out of each of the sessions.
