BLOOMFIELD HILLS ? State Sen. Mike Bishop (R-Rochester) will discuss the Angel Tax Incentive Bill on Oct. 18 at the next meeting of the Great Lakes Angels.
The bill is still tied up in the Michigan legislature. It would give investors meeting a certain investment level criteria a state tax deduction for the rollover profits from an investment in a certified business when making an investment in a second certified business.
Also presenting at the meeting are two start ups, Check The Crib and imX Solutions.
The meeting is by invitation only to accredited investors. The location will be made available via email when the invitation is sent.
