EAST LANSING ? The 24th Annual Solid Waste Technical Conference on March 17-18 at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center has been designed with the water management and environmental professionals in mind.
This one-day conference, presented by The Engineering Society of Detroit and the Michigan Waste Industries Association, will educate attendees on emerging technologies and regulatory changes that affect the solid waste industry. It will bring together national experts to present on issues at the forefront of solid waste management.
The pre-conference training session will provide practical guidance on relevant issues. New this year, hands-on demonstrations will take place showcasing current construction and quality assurance practices associated with earthwork, geosynthetics and landfill gas collection.
