ANN
ARBOR – Stout Systems
will launch the first in a series of educational
workshops geared towards Software Development Managers and those responsible
for managing software projects.
Each session will cover
territory that, in many settings, everyone on the development team assumes is
understood – but often is not – thereby creating a great deal of inefficiency
and unnecessary chaos within the project. Each workshop has been designed to be both
educational and enlightening, and to provoke thoughtful discussion that will
help attendees improve their effectiveness in managing software teams and
projects.
“We are always looking for ways to give back
to the technical community, and to the loyal customer base that has been the
key to our success for 18+ years,” said the company’s founder and President,
John W. Stout. “Software development is
one of the most rapidly changing of all professions, and we’ve learned many
valuable lessons during the course of our existence. We felt that we could provide a significant
value to our constituents if we offered them the opportunity to share in these
lessons and learn from our most experienced technologists and managers.”
The following workshop is currently scheduled
