LIVONIA – The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center’s Manufacturing Assistance Team will present a free workshop on proven turnaround techniques for select business owners. “Survival Strategies for Small Manufacturers” is offered to southeastern Michigan small manufacturers experiencing downsizing and financial pressures.
Held March 30 and April 1 at the Schoolcraft College VisTaTech Center in Livonia, the workshop is intended for manufacturing CEOs and owners with 20-100 employees (along with their primary financial staff) with the goal of assisting manufacturers looking to diversify into non-automotive manufacturing and get the financing needed.

There is no cost to attend.
The Manufacturing Assistance Team was created in 2009 in response to economic stress in the manufacturing sector. MAT offers no-cost consulting to small and medium size Michigan manufacturers which includes expertise in financial analysis, capital access and strategic planning.
The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center (MI-SBTDC) is a statewide business assistance program that provides one-on-one counseling, training and research support for Michigan small businesses.
