SOUTHFIELD – TiE Detroit is hosting a panel discussion on Aug. 20 that will examine four critical questions that underlie an actionable growth strategy.

Those questions include:

How do we identify, build and defend differentiation that’s meaningful to customers?

How do we fix or get rid of disequities that customers do not value or not unaware of?

How do we neutralize competitors’ differentiation?

How can we identify totally new growth ideas around customers’ unmet needs?

Jim Davis, Professor, Mendoza School of Business, University of Notre Dame.

Davis received his Ph.D. in corporate strategy from the University of Iowa, M.B.A. from Idaho State University, and M.Ed. and B.A. from Brigham Young University.
