TRAVERSE CITY – Traverse Angels, an Early Stage, Angel Investment Network, will hold its second Member Introduction Meeting May 14 at a location in the Traverse City area.
The Traverse Angels network is an invitation-only, select network of successful entrepreneurs, professionals as well as business and community leaders, who are interested in providing investment capital, strategic advice and mentoring to early-stage companies to help them achieve market leadership.
The mission of the Traverse Angels network is to identify and help grow early-stage companies and the local economic base of the Traverse City geographic region; and to provide its members with exceptional ?quality? deal flow and an outstanding financial return on their time commitment and invested capital.
Traverse Angels is unique, when compared to other Angel investor networks in Michigan, in that, Traverse Angels focuses on ?quality? deal flow with both a local geographic footprint, in greater Traverse City as well as an extended and targeted geographic footprint.

The network is initially targeting 35-50 members with a minimum commitment of $25,000, who view Return On Investment and economic development as complementary motivations for participation in the network.
