ANN ARBOR –

The University of Michigan has added a clause to its rules that specifies

drones aren’t allowed in or around the football stadium during games at the Big

House.

Diane Brown,

a spokeswoman for the school’s Division of Safety and Security, says the new

rule for drones is as follows: “The

possession and operation of unmanned and/or remote controlled aircraft – is

prohibited at Michigan Stadium and (the) surrounding area.”

Violators

could face criminal penalties.

But wait,

Alcohol

Aerosol/spray cans

Animals

Bags

Bottles

Cans

Clothing with profane or abusive language

Coolers

Cups

Flags

Flasks

Food from outside the stadium

Irritants

Projectiles, including balls and Frisbees

Purses

Seat cushions with metal, zippers, pockets, seat backs, arm rests or attachments

Selfie sticks

Strollers

Thermoses

Tripods

Video cameras

Umbrellas

Weapons

Oh, and now drones.
