ROMEO – Ultraform Industries, producer of energy-efficient fluorescent light fixtures, has inked a manufacturing agreement with Alumalight of Troy that will make Ultraform’s products available for shipment anywhere in North America through dealer, Ultra Lighting.
Ultraform?s fixtures can reduce a facility?s energy costs by up to 49 percent.

Utilizing automotive air bag technology, Ultraform’s patent-pending light fixtures are contained in aluminum housing, which helps dissipate heat buildup generated by the ballast and maintain lumen output. The lamps can be motion-activated and run 85 percent cooler than traditional fixtures.
Founded in 1960, Ultraform Industries produces new, patent-pending energy-efficient fluorescent light fixtures in addition to wire forms and stampings. The company, based in Romeo, Mich., uses automotive technology to create state-of-the-art lighting solutions that help reduce operational energy costs.
