Janet Brown-Smith, CEO, Mookies Pet Toys Inc. Because her over-active dogs kept breaking her cat?s toys, Janet decided to make Chase-It, a toy that her dogs could chase without breaking. This led to the formation of her company, Mookies Pet Toys. In 2005, her company found much success when she won a contest and debuted her product on QVC.
Douglas M. Chapman, Owner, HyperfitUSA. Douglas is recognized as one of the top personal trainers in the United States. His HyperfitUSA programming includes Basic Training, Boot Camp, CrossFit, and personal training for elite athletes and weekend warriors alike. He provides training that benefits participants equally in and out of the gym.
Brad Morgan, President, Morgan Composting. Morgan Composting began in 1996 as a way to get rid of unwanted cow manure at Morgan Acres Dairy Farm. Since then, the original “Dairy Doo” compost has expanded into a full line of products including topsoil compost blends, poultry compost, container and planting bed mixes, and several custom blends.
