TROY – Join a free Walsh College webinar on Thursday, Nov. 18, to get an overview of the Walsh Health Services Administration specialization, designed for professionals who work in the health services field or aspire to do so.
Courses include health economics; health administration finance; health care policy, law and ethical issues; and quality assurance for health services. The MBA specialization includes all four courses and the Master of Management specialization includes any three of the four courses.
“As our population continues to age and the health services industry continues to expand, the demand for health services administration expertise will increase,” Sheila Ronis, Ph.D., director of the MBA/MM program at Walsh College and featured webinar presenter said.
Additionally, the webinar will cover the MBA and MM programs, including course and program content; online course delivery at Walsh College; information regarding application to Walsh College, including admissions requirements, registration process and academic calendar; and a Q&A from webinar attendees.
Winter enrollment begins Monday, Nov. 22, and winter classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2011.
