GRAND RAPIDS – Serving has yet another barometer of Internet ad activity, Internet Ad Network Adtegrity.com reported Wednesday lower net income on lower sales for the second quarter ended June 30 compared with a year ago. But both revenues and income were up slightly from the previous quarter.

The Company�??s unaudited results included net income of $66,750 for the second quarter on net revenues of $2.79 million, compared with a net income of $101,000 on net revenues of $4.5 million for the same quarter last year.

For the first half of 2009, Adtegrity.com has posted net income of $109,750 on net revenues of $5.4 million, compared with net income of $135,000 on net revenues of $8.9 million for the first half of 2008.

�??While the overall economic outlook remains uncertain, the online advertising market is quite stable,�?� said Adtegrity.com President and CEO Scott Brew. �??Our net income and net revenues grew from the first quarter of this year, and we believe we are well positioned for the reminder of 2009.�?�
