Skip Simms, Ann Arbor SPARK and Executive Director, Michigan Pre-Seed Fund. Prior to SPARK, Skip helped create the Ralph Wilson Equity Fund, LLC in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. He is also a founding director on the board of the Michigan Venture Capital Association.
