SOUTHFIELD – The Detroit Chapter of ISACA is happy to announce the upcoming spring seminar: Hidden Secrets from IT Auditors 2015 Edition, presented by Mitch Levine of Audit Serve Inc.

Seminar Objective: After being on the audit side for the first half of his 30 year career, Mitch Levine has spent most of the last 15 years consulting full-time with systems development groups, infrastructure groups and data centers, uncovering many control issues which were in many instances unknown to the most experienced auditors. The instructor has devised unique methods for performing compliance testing which disclose major gaps in an organization’s control design. Topics covered include: Conducting Cybersecurity Audits (approx. 1/2 day), Bypassing Production Access Controls, Ineffective Security Design & Management, Performing Mid-tier System Audits, SharePoint Auditing , Auditing IT Outsourcing, Auditing Data Warehouses, SaaS Control Limitations, Bypassing SDLC requirements, and IT Cost Management Auditing.

This two day seminar will be held on May 4 and May 5, 2015 (Monday and Tuesday) at St. John’s Banquet and Conference Center Those attending will be awarded 15 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) credits. A light breakfast and lunch is included.
